By Bryan Hood | TUNE: “Irene,” a charming piece of low-fi indie pop that’s coated in so much fuzz and reverb you’d swear it was recorded underwater. Despite its almost casual vibe, the track’s surprisingly catchy and compulsive.
BY: Twin Peaks, a Chicago quartet of 19 year olds who, based on a couple of songs, seem to have enough chops to be noteworthy for more than their young age.
